Doctors, fmla and art

I am still waiting for the response from FMLA whether they are approving or denying. If denying I will be returning to work to further irritate my neck issue. I now have a doctor's appointment for 01/15/08. To check on the soft tissue damage. We shall see.
Well I have tried many times to upload images into Renderosity's site but failed to do so either with .jpg, .bmp, .tif; but hopefully will be able to here.

While checking on the google groups about linking, this inspired me to check on my issue which I am having with a pinched nerve in my neck. The best site I found is Webmd.com. Check out this site for any problems you may be having with nerve issues, they have some great videos. These are a couple which impressed me.

Trying to learn about all the sites which enable users like me who are wanting excellent content has lead me to Technorati Profile that I can further my education about blogging and how to create art inspired by the creator. To see what others and it amazes me how talented people are in their postings and displaying of art work. I normally us Renderosity forums to find out tips & tricks. Also by Google which has everthing I need either for work or fun. While trying to learn html, I find I'd rather just go to free websites for scipts.
Having to pay for items like Photoshop CS3, which is like a $1200 or more is too much for me and others who have produced alternatives like Gimp and Blender. Which for me is great so that I can create art and post scripts in order to hopefully share my thoughts , and life's issues I go through daily.

early mornings

Having to awake at 4:00am to call in to ensure a no call no show issue with the job is not so bad, but when I got a call for schedule change. It made me think - what's going on over there. Now no weekends are available, are there so many calls coming in on the weekends that they need people. How about the new class, shouldn't they be the support?
So no longer is the week end available I now will be getting Thursday and Friday off, no Saturday or Sunday combinations.
So while I await the outcome of FMLA, and the pain in my neck. I am seeking to get a scan or MRI from the doctor. Something has to done, either an operation or some more intense therapy.
I did get a phone set up for my dad while he is in a assisted living facility. ATT wants $230 + cost of a wall jack. Where as Charter, my Internet provider is doing the installation free with 3 months at $29. Now just to get him a phone to use.
They ice storm in the mid-west is really bad and being with out power for weeks can be trouble for all these people. Texas has this kind of weather and you wonder why people can't under stand the danger, but yet they still drive fast and tailgate and it makes you wonder what people are thinking.
Some of things I keep doing to keep from going bonkers while going thru this time of waiting is working Photoshop, which I am wanting to know more about. In order to use it with Bryce, Vue, Blender and other 3d programs which I am working on. Although I am still in the beginning. I sometimes want to short cut the immense bulk of information on how tos, but am finding that this maybe the best way since I do want to produce quality listings here and on other blogs I am using.
The Blogger sites are more prolific than ever, but that is good and hopefully as I progress I too will get more people to my site. Now just read the book on how to.
So while reading more about the blogging life, I am now trying Technorati, that I may learn even more about blogs and postings. Here is a link to Technorati under the links list.

Still feeling the effects of what's going on in my neck but not to the extent it was about 2 weeks ago. Either or the combination of both using meds and stimulation seems to be working. I think the medications are the big part. This coming week I will push for an exam, either cat scan or mri. I wonder what they the doctors are charging the insurance company for the 15 minuets of treatment?

This is one part of a scene I am attempting -

doctor

I awoke after a little nap and saw that I was late for the appointment, kinda like the Beatles' song "woke up,noticed I was late. Dragged the comb across my head - made the bus in seconds flat". Although I was late 30 minutes I still received my treatment of muscle stimulation. It did feel good and one of the nurses Mary Ann, a sweet Mexican girl married showed me a picture of her daughter. Whose name is Ilene, and about 1yr.old. Also about her husbands' truck which was broken into while he was at work as a cook - bummer.
I did ask and found out they want to continue the treatments for about 3 weeks and then go for a cat scan or mri. I wonder if they really think the insurance won't provide for it or that they want the money. That's up to them though. I still am taking meds and a new drug called Lyrica. Confuses the nerves, but it is primarly used for pyschcotic issues, I don't see any simtumes at this time. We will see.
While all this is going on I'm still waiting to see if the FMLA will be accepted or denied. If denied I will face possible termination or go back to work and further hinder the healing. If that comes about the I will have to get a lawyer. We will see.

Long time coming

Wow I had been posting in my yahoo 360 for some time till I saw this link. Just to update. In October 07 I experienced a pain in my left elbow and numbness in my thumb and two fingers in my hand. After changing chairs I experience excruciating pain in my neck, shoulder causeing me to have to leave work.
The last two weeks I have tried to see doctors - which when told about the injury and where don't do workman's comp, they denied the claim - I believe from lack of information. I did see a chiropractor for about 4 days, which didn't help. I finally got to see a doctor whom I'm to see again on 11/28/07. She put me on pain, muscle relaxors and ibuprofin and blood pressure medicine. None of these have had any effect. Hopefully I can get a catscan or mri to see what's going on in my neck.
I have been trying some bryce and will try posting in here.

Sunday's

It seems that once again I'm not gonna make it to church. Of course I feel bad knowing my flesh is controlling the senses and my body keeping me out of the overflow of the Holy Spirit. Although in the over all plan for my life I know God wants what is best for me, not going to church is not good for the soul let alone my spirit man. I may just say no to the flesh and go.
I finally found a picture of my new ride, which not having bought a car in 20 yrs; was hoodwinked into getting it, the wearing down - keeping me hostage at the dealership - until finally I relented and signed the papers. Which was $5k over what I wanted, and now locked for 5yrs @ $300 a month. I pray someone steals my car or something falls from the sky - of course not while I'm in it to destroy it and get me out of this car.
Cars I would consider: Ford 150, Chevy Silverado, KIA Sedona or the cross over.

Fall is in the air

Fall has come but you can't tell by looking here in Texas at least in the DFW area. No color of trees turning in color. Unless you find a maple tree or a aspen tree in someone's back yard. All the colors of this area are bla-bla-bla.
It seems if all I talk about is work but I am focused on presenting postings inspireing even if to myself only. This will contain some of the graphics I'm working on in Bryce 6, Blender, Poser and Vue.

Faith seed for Isaiah 58

Watching Day Star and Mike Murdock, I impressed to sow a seed of $58. I did so online.
I am posting this blog as a time line to document my faith in the seeding and the results from it as a testimony to God and His provisioning thru this seed. My seed is for a beautiful Godly wife.

I also have been put on phase for 90 days for failing to provide empathy and repore during my speaking to customers while on the phone, as a tech support. December 10 will be the final day of phase. I will be showing empathy and repore to the customer's - since being in the Dallas care center. This center is shown to be the one which can fix people's problems - but not very caring. Of course I sometimes find myself concentrating on fixing the problem, but now will continue to do so - while being empathic and reporeing.

another couple of days off

Yes thankyou, I have a couple of days off from 10 hr. days answering questions from people who have signed up for the Verizon Fios. These people have bought a new computer - mostly laptops. They have no clue, haven't read the manuel for the simple steps to getting their new laptops working.
I am currently waiting on a lawyer to call me to setup a meeting for my Dad.
We shall see.

I had been praying to the Lord to help me get out of the car I'm currently in since buying it in April. Low and behold a letter from the dealership soliciting me that they wanted to buy my car back for inventory. Last I opened it to find out that I had missed it by 2 days. Arrrgh!
Here's a note to all - open and read all mail, then deal with it.

I will be opening all mail from now on - hopeing for another chance.

a good word. . .

Being at work Friday and being sorta fed up with the ongoing politics of the job, my brother in Christ gave me an encouraging word from the bible 1 Peter 1. the concept of being a 'victor' rather than a 'victim'. Although I will investigate this passage, I seem to believe I should look into Galatians in the new testament.
What will this produce will only be a closer view and understanding of my God, the only true God. I did hear about a priest in the dutch catholic denomination - give a request that we call our God - Allah. In order to appease the Muslims. If we would do this I believe would draw down upon all who venture into this process a curse and destruction not know since Moses came down from the mountain to find the Jews worshipping a golden calf. Death to those (out of their destined time). This is of course not a path reasonable God fearing people will do. One of the key verses.
Leviticus 19:12
" 'Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the LORD.
Evidently this priest hasn't studied the word of God which he has set his life apart to represent.

My other concern is my failure to attend church. Giving poor excuses for and hoping to get there, even deliberately determining to go, but then when the time comes to going - allowing other mundane things to interrupt.

day off

This is the last of the Thursday and Fridays off, my new schedule begins with Sunday and Monday off. I have yet to do my taxes, but will try and get them out during my time off. Today I need to get to the Human Resources of Texas to put in a request for my dad, so that he maybe able to get Medicare. The thing is that what ever resources he may have has to be paid down until he has only $2000.00. This seems extreme - but to care for him and have the government pay for it - this is what needs happen. We shall see.
The beginning of the last days as some say are on their way. The building of the 3rd temple in Jerusalem is the mark which will lead to the tribulation which is broken into two 31/2 yrs. Culminating with the return of Jesus. More to come
