I have been dealing with physical issues for sometime now, after David Lay initiated a medical review for me. I have been to the neurologist, back doctor for sciatica and also a liver Dr who had me do blood work. This I did last week and am awaiting a call back on this.
It seems I have been out of work since about April 5th, also I have put in for short term disability and haven't checked but will soon. I was supposed to have a test for brain function today but called in to reschedule for 5/5. Also on this date I'll be going to Health First Diagnostic for either an MRI or Cat scan.
I will try and keep up with this so as to document what's going on also I'm not sure when I will be returning to work, but my main concern is getting my back and liver taken care of.

Finally got the form and will take it to the doctor on monday 03/08, he can fill it out then we shall see. Joined Icthus-777 in hopes of having friends to play with on Bad Company Battlefield, but it seems it's on pc, and I have it on xbox. Bummer I didn't think it was out for pc, but !?

out for std
STD, short term disability - took me about an hour and a half to create a claim only to not be submitted due to password error, after having it reset now the site is down. Seem during my cold sinus infection I got an ear infection which is messing with my equilibrium and a feeling of passing out. My doctor did have me go to cardiologist who informed me to go home and do nothing strenuous and my doctor wrote a note to stay out of work for a week. So now I am running through hoops to get the information needed for fmla and the std.
I still have pressure in my head and have medicine to take and sometime this week to give blood. We shall see.
